Regarding MGNREGA Recuirement Document Verification.

Candidate who has been Secure 50% or more than 50% i.e. 37.5 or more than 37.5 are invited to come for document  verification at Zilla Rojgar Karobar Bureau (District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises ) near Sandhu/Dhingra Palace Bypass Road Faridkot.

Document Verification will be done on 12/01/2021 to 13/01/2021 from 10:00am to 4:00Pm only.

Detailed Notice/Order are attached.

A list of documents that you need to submit/verify in Original and submit 2 Set photocopy of each (self attested ).

1. Admit Card and ID proof (voter ID-Card, passport, Adhaar card etc)
2. Residential Proof certificate
3. Category/ Caste certificate
4. Age Proof certificate
5. Disability certificate
6. Ex-Servicemen certificate
7. Recent 4 Passport size photos
8. Basic qualification Mark-sheet as per eligibility criteria in advertisement.
9. Higher Qualification Mark-sheet/Degree(if any)
10. Next Higher Qualification Mark-sheet/Degree (if any)
11. Experience Certificate in Relevant field (if any).

Candidate who fails to submit the document will be deemed as disqualification and Request for change or correction of any information, once given shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
